BIOGRAPHY: Paul Maher Jr. was born in Amarillo, Texas on December 6, 1963 where his father was stationed in the Air Force. Shortly afterwards he moved to Lowell, Massachusetts where he remained through childhood. Upon graduating Dracut High School, a subrub of Lowell, Maher joined the United States Navy where he served in the Gulf conflict aboard the U.S.S, Ramsey. Upon discharge, Maher moved back to Lowell. He attended classes at Middlesec Community College and University of Massachusetts at Lowell where he obtained an undergraduate degree in American Studies. He later completed a Master’s degree in Education with a concentration in English. From 2004 through the present, Maher both authored and edited five books for publication.
